How It Works
Here’s how you can enable push notifications on your mobile device*:
For iOS users
- From your device’s home screen, tap the “Settings” icon
- rom the “Settings” menu, tap “Notifications”
- From here, find and tap the HNconnect app.
- From here, tap “Allow Notifications” and then choose your options for how you wish to receive push notifications.
For Android users
Confirm Block all is toggled OFF (Samsung / other devices, Toggle Allow Notifications ON)
- From your device’s home screen, tap “Apps”
- From here, tap “Settings” and then tap “MORE”
- From here, tap “Application Manager” and then tap “DOWNLOADED”
- From here, scroll through the list and tap “HNconnect”
- Select the check box next to “Show Notifications” to enable push notifications.
It’s that simple – enable push notifications and never miss another important insight or update about your business!
Things to Know
- You can customize the types of updates that you receive by making your selections in the app’s “Push Notification Settings”
